Slow / No response to emails and phone calls to manufacturer to obtain correct replacement parts.Total surprise when after almost 2 weeks, two new stems arrived at my door. Unfortunately they were also wrong. Correct finish but wrong spline and would not fit the valve cartridge or the handle. Further attempts to contact Kingston Brass have met with the usual total lack of response. Buyer beware, the parts sold by Kingston Brass are not as advertised on their web page. The finish of the faucet and the stems should be the same, bronze, chrome, nickel, brass, etc. Apparently Kingston Brass doesn't share that opinion.
